I do my best not to eat animal products and I juice every day. When I don’t do those things I tend to spiral as well. The thing about eating plants is that you feel good everyday because you’re getting all you need. Food effects your moods, I feel depressed when I eat shitty food. But yeah get used to the taste of vegetables, steam em, eAt em with hummus, make wraps, salads, or just shove them in your mouth. I eat bad when I don’t have time so I have to plan ahead. Just eat clean, if it doesn’t come outta the ground it can’t have any nutrition.
Oh! I should make an FAQ lol. I wear a size 12/14 on top and a 16 on bottom. I’m 5’10. Sometimes I can wear L if its stretchy or without sleeves.
